Prices of goods and delivery on the colourdesigner.net.au website are current at time of display and are subject to change without notice. All prices are in Australian dollars.
All advertised prices are exclusive of GST.
Express delivery cost for fandecks and samples are additional to the cost of goods.
Payment is accepted via credit card only. We accept VISA and Mastercard. We do not accept American Express or PayPal.
Orders will not be despatched until full payment is made and authorised by ANZ E-gate. You will receive a confirmation email containing your order, cost of goods, postage and handling, and an order reference number. Please quote your order reference number in relation to any queries about your order. A tax invoice will be supplied via email, for each transaction.
Please choose items carefully as Valspar do not offer refunds. Items lost or damaged in transit may be replaced at our discretion. Valspar will not be held liable for any loss or damage following delivery.
Conformity of goods
Any information, pictures supplied whether verbally or in writing is for guidance only and are given in good faith but without warranty. While every effort is made to ensure the description, and specifications of the goods are accurate; we cannot accept any responsibility for minor discrepancies.
Colour Designer samples are matched as closely as possible to the actual paint tint, however it is always best to obtain a sample test pot for exact colour representation. Please note the colour samples are intended for colour selection purposes only, and are not indicative of paint finish.
Delivery
All Colour Express online orders placed before 11am each weekday will be dispatched on the same day, with free domestic delivery via Australia Post. Australia Post lead times apply, with 1-3 days for standard areas or 3-5 days for areas outside of standard areas.
For even faster turnaround, express overnight delivery to Australian major metropolitan areas is available at a cost of $9.00.
Australia Post will deliver to the physical address you entered into colourdesigner.net.au. Deliveries are within Australia only. Standard terms and conditions apply. Please enter the correct delivery address. No replacement orders will be sent at our expense where an incorrect address has been entered.
Fandecks may only be delivered to a physical delivery address. Fandeck and A5 samples will be sent together, when they are on the same order number.
Items will be left at the delivery address regardless of occupancy. No liability will be accepted by Valspar or the carrier if goods are removed or stolen.
A5 Sheet Samples and Custom Samples
A5 sheet samples can be ordered daily at no charge for specifiers and trade professionals. A maximum of 10 colours (up to 2 samples per colour) may be ordered, with free standard postage service. Where a fandeck is on the same order number, as A5 samples, both items will be sent together.
For custom samples and drawdowns of colours outside of the Colour Designer range, including specialty finishes, timber finishes and Granosite samples, contact your local sales representative or call 0800 825 772.
